Change. Strength. Growth.
Change is inevitable. Strength comes from collaboration. Growth is up to you.
Hi, I’m Christine
My entire life has led me to this exact point: guiding clients through their own personal process of change and positive transformation.
I just turned 50 almost two years ago, and since then, I went through a few transformations of my own:
- from buying and selling my flat within 7 months,
- to changing careers,
- to facing a new medical challenge,
- to launching a new business and to letting go of unhealthy relationships.
Life has certainly had a lot in store for me as I continue on my personal journey!
Before that, my whole life had been filled with transformations, from being born to immigrants and experiencing life in three different countries and cultures to dealing with the loss of my father, as well as other family members.
This is why I can relate to what you are going through. I have experienced almost every type of change, from personal to professional, and I have used my experiences to transform my life into a journey of positive growth.
There is no denying that life can be tough and we all need support through these times. However, we can use these tough times to make our lives better. I want to help you through whatever change you are experiencing and show you how you can thrive during this period of transformation.
Change is the one constant in Life
STOP FIGHTING CHANGE. EMBRACE IT.
Are you worried about the constant changes in your life and wondering how to deal with them? The truth is that you can choose to embrace these changes and turn them into something beautiful, instead of fighting against the current of life.
As a personal coach for holistic life transformation and as a person who has experienced plenty of changes in her own life, I know that how you approach these changes in your life can make all the difference in the world. If you face change in a proactive way, you will find new horizons and perspectives that will open up your world to places and things you never imagined possible.
For example, I returned to the country of my origins 13 years ago to deal with my father’s deteriorating health, subsequent death and a nine-year legal battle surrounding his estate. After many years of cursing life in this country, I realized that I had to come here to discover my roots, which led me to a greater understanding of myself. I was really able to step into my power more fully this way. You can do the same!
Even just a year ago, I faced the ending of a long-term friendship that had become romantic and I had to let go yet again of someone I loved. However, I would not be here today changing my career and finding my purpose, if this man had not rejected the idea of us being together as a couple.
So, positive things can come out of difficult situations, out of people you have to let go of and out of relationships that end.
In spite of the positive results we may see from change, we all need help navigating these challenging times in our lives, so that we can turn them into thriving transformations. I can show you how. Let’s start now!
When I met first Christine my life was under a fog. Her patience and expertise was helped me…I don’t know where would I be now without her.

Where were you born?
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Where did you grow up?
In the U.S. More specifically, in Oklahoma.
Where do you live now?
What brought you to Budapest?
My parents are Hungarian and they left Hungary during the Communist times. I came here 13 years ago to discover my roots and to be with my father when he got sick. It has been an interesting and transformative journey for me that I am still living!
How many passports do you have?
I have THREE passports, but shhh, don’t tell Uncle Sam!
Which culture do you feel most a part of?
People ask me this question all the time and it is a good question! I would say, depending on the day, I feel like an Americanized European or a Europeanized American.
Where did you do to school?
I studied to be a Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is based in New York, and I just received my certification in health coaching.
Before that, I received two master’s degrees: one in French language and literature from the University of Oklahoma and one in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) from Oklahoma State University.
Why did you decide to become a coach?
I was always a good listener and I found myself doing a lot of “coaching” in my private life, so I decided to do it for a living!
Why focus on transformation?
Because life is about change. We have to learn to deal with change effectively, and even better, decide to THRIVE on change!
What approach do you use with clients?
I use a HOLISTIC approach to working with clients, because I believe that both emotional and physical health are so interconnected.
What topics do you typically deal with?
I specialize in issues related to female empowerment, aging, cultural change, finding your purpose, and of course, emotional wellness and physical health.
